Choose from the wide variety of bakery breads available , 

and then try some of these easy fix-ups.

LEMON ENGLISH MUFFINS:

 Mix 1/4 cup or butter or margarine,

softened, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 teaspoon grated

lemon peel.Toast 4 to 6 split English muffins. Spread

lemon butter over hot muffin halves.

SEASONED ROLLS: 

Mix 1/4 cup butter or margarine,melted

and 1 tablespoon of your favorite salad dressing mix.

Split 12 brown and serves alls; brush with butter mix-

ture. Bake as directed on package.

TOASTED PARTY RYE:

Heat oven to 325*. Spread slices of 

snack rye bread with soft butter or margarine; head on 

ungreased baking sheet 10 minutes. Serve hot.

PARMESAN FRENCH SLICES:

Heat oven to 350*.Cut 1 loaf French bread into 1-inch 

slices. Spread slices with soft butter or margarine;

sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Reassemble loaf;

warp securely in aluminium foil. Heat 15 minutes.

SESAME MELBA TRANGLES:

Heat oven to 350*. Mix 2 tablespoons buter or

margarine, softened, 1 tablespoon sesame seed

and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Remove crusts from 9

bread slices; spread butter mixture on slices.

Cut slices in half; bake on ungreased baking sheet until

crisp,about 20 minutes.

GARLIC BUN STICKS:

Heat oven to 350*. Cut 4 split frankfurter buns 

lengthwise in half. Brush each with soft butter or mar-

garine; sprinklewith garlic salt. Bake on ungreased 

baking sheet until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
