Potato bake / Mandarin sweets 


 1 egg

1 tablespoon milk

1 envelope ( about 2  1/2 ounces ) seasoned

coating mix for chicken , fish , pork or 

hamburger

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

2 cans ( 16 ounces each ) whole new potatoes

drained

 

Heat oven to 350º . Beat egg and milk . Blend coating mix and cheese. Roll

potatoes in egg mixture, then in coating mixture . Place potatoes in greased 

baking pan , 13 x 9 x 2 inches . Bake uncovered 30 minutes . 

6 to 8 servings.

 

Mandarin Sweets 


 

1/4 cup packed broun sugar

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons orange marmalate

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can ( 18 ounces ) vacuum - pack sweet potatoes

1 can ( 11 ounces ) mandarin orange segments , drained

 

Heat brown sugar , butter , marmalade and salt to boiling in 10-inch skillet

over madium heat , stirring constantly . Add potatoes ; cook , stirring 

occasionally , until potatoes are coated and hot. Stir in orange segments ;

reduce heat . Heat until oranges are hot . 

3 or 4 servings

 For Potato Bake , roll the potatoes in the egg mixture . 

    

Then roll in the seasoned coating mixture and bake .
